ILHAM DOUNNAJAH – MANAGING DIRECTOR

Ilham is the founder and Managing Director of Provider Logistics, and has been looking after the cargo of her closest customers for decades. She was voted by her own colleagues as the winner of the first ever Safmarine Way global award for customer experience and satisfaction, going the extra mile for her clients. She posseses solid expertise in managing commercial shipping departments.The professional relationships she has built during her career with key cargo owners, shipping lines, terminal operators, port authorities, trucking companies and rail operators in the Maghreb region allow her to introduce foreign companies wishing to do business in Morocco and North Africa. Equally, her extensive global network of business contacts around the world, especially in West Africa, allows her to introduce Moroccan manufacturers and fresh produce companies to new markets.

Ilham has hand-picked her team, many of whom have worked under her when she managed the Maghreb Region for Safmarine Container Lines. They all share her same philosophy that the customer always comes first, and that providing the best logistics solutions starts by listening to their needs before offering the best solution.

GHITA ALAOUI BELGHITI – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Ghita has specialised in providing exceptional customer service to global and local cargo owners over the last decade. She has had her efforts recognised by the global shipping line Safmarine as she was voted as the best global customer services manager in 2006 by her own colleagues and customers around the world. Ghita now leads the Provider Logistics’ business development function.

JALAL ELMANSORI – SOUTHERN REGION MANAGER

Jalal has been based in the port city of Agadir for over a decade , and has built up personal relationships with local importers and exporters alike, especially the members of the citrus and fruit growers in the region who have individual needs when it comes to the export shipment of their perishable products.

RADHI MOHAMMED– MARKETING AND SALES PRODUCT MANAGER

Radhi joined the company having specialised as an import agent and then a customer services support coordinator of a large global shipping line. He has a Masters Degree in Marketing and International Business from the Moroccan Institute of Management and is responsible for developing the company’s marketing and sales activities.

IRAQI MOHAMED – KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

Iraqi is focused primarily on servicing the company’s Key Accounts in support of both Ilham Dounnajah and Ghita Alaoui Belghiti. As he has a North American academic background, Mohamed is naturally at ease when it comes to establishing close relationships within multinational companies. He develops strong bonds with decision makers and attains a high level of credibility, especially when dealing with clients handling cargo from the Middle East and Far East.

NAJIA MAKINSI – CUSTOMER SERVICES MANAGER

Equipped with decades of experience in bulk and container shipping, Najia has developed multi-disciplinary competencies thanks to her experience working in liner and MPV shipping, stevedoring and container handling. Najia combines her expertise with her wise and level- headed approach, which enables her to persevere and find a solution when faced with the most challenging situations.
